I specialise in taking small groups and individuals rock climbing, ice climbing, alpine mountaineering, off piste skiing and ski touring on tailor-made holidays. I operate in the Alps,(spring, summer and winter), and the United Kingdom (spring and autumn).
I am an internationally qualified mountain guide, and a member of the International Federation of Mountain Guides IFMGA.
I am also the training officer for the British Mountain Guides (BMG) The training officer leads a team of highly trained professional mountain guides (the Training Committee) who are responsible for training and assessing guides so that they can become members of the IFMGA and be legally entitle to work in the European Alps and worldwide.
The IFMGA qualification is the highest mountaineering award world-wide and the IFMGA symbol your guarantee of safety and quality days in the mountains. I have been climbing for over 30 years and guiding for 20 years I have climbed and guided extensively in Britain and the European Alps as well as going further a field to climb and guide in places such as Russia, Kirgistan, Nepal, India, Pakistan, North America, and Alaska.

I am based in Leysin, Switzerland which is an excellent place to start your alpine holiday being centrally situated between Chamonix, the Bernese Oberland, Swiss Valais and Gran Paradiso. Leysin also has a very good train connections with Geneva, Zurich and Paris
